Changzhou Zhongjin Sunshine Disability Service Center is located at No. 2 Guanghua Road and was officially established on August 21, 2015. The center is sponsored by Changzhou Disabled Persons’ Federation, funded by Changzhou Zhongjin Medical Co., Ltd. The legally representative is Ms Dai with disability a private non-enterprise public welfare service institution approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau. There are 12 employees in the company, including 10 disabled people. The disabled people are mainly physically, hearing and visually disabled. The center provides good wages to all employees with disabilities and pays social insurance. Therefore, it was recognized as the Employment Center Base for the Disabled by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation.

The disability center is an e-commerce platform that provides various wheelchairs, crutches, multifunctional nursing beds, traction beds, air mattresses, blood pressure meters, blood glucose meters, magic lamps, oxygen generators, toilets and other life aids for the disabled and the elderly through the Internet + such as Taobao , TMALL and other e-commerce webs. And it provide various rehabilitation and psychological consulting services for the disabled and the senior.

The center aims to build an employment platform for disabled people in our city and provide numbers of white-collar jobs for disabled people. It is envisaged that in 5-10 years, it will recruit and solve the employment difficulties of 100 people in this city or the whole province. The employment issue has gradually evolved into a large-scale e-commerce network platform with a 100-person project, enabling people with disabilities to realize the dream of decent employment.
